Fitness For The Road

It’s easy to keep fitness a top priority with the RV Rookie’s Fitness For The Road 5 & 6 day workout routines. Whether you are beginner or advanced we have a routine that will challenge you and keep you fit while you travel!
You will need the following:
Fitness/Stability Ball
Resistance bands
DVD player (optional) I have my favorite workout dvd’s
yoga or pilates mat
Remember: Most campgrounds will at least a pool and many have hiking and bike trails! Take advantage of these as great way to get in some AWESOME fat-burning cardio!
Resistance training can be done easily and effectively in the comfort of your RV.
